Eligibility:
This funding category is restricted to youth in an unlicensed kinship placement OR three years old and younger dependents of youth in DCS care. If a young parent (that is still within DCS care) needs a high chair/booster seat for their baby/toddler, the youth name for the request application is the parent (not the baby/toddler).
Documentation:
No documentation required beforehand.
Payment:
Once a request is approved, an e-mail will be sent so then the purchase can be made and receipt(s) submitted for payment. The maximum AFFCF can consider funding for a high chair or booster seat is $50 per child.
