Eligibility:
AFFCF can only consider funding the cost of an instrument purchase if the youth has been participating in lessons for at least a year – whether the lessons are funded by AFFCF or not.
Documentation:
Documentation is required beforehand showing the cost of the instrument and documentation showing the youth has played the instrument for at least a year.
Payment:
Once a request is approved, a check payable to company can be mailed or an e-mail will be sent so then the purchase can be made and receipt(s) submitted for payment.

- Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Center – Phoenix, Mesa, Goodyear – free music, dance, art and vocational programs age 12-20 years old
- CASA Council Helping Children of Mohave County, Inc. – Funds music lessons and instruments for youth adjudicated in Mohave county only. Youth does not need to have a CASA.
- CASA Support Council for Pima County – Able to fund for instruments for youth adjudicated in Pima County only. Youth must have a CASA.
- Cochise County Council for CASA, Inc. – Able to fund instruments / musical equipment for youth. Funding is limited and is for youth whose case was adjudicated and has an open case in Cochise, Graham or Greenlee county only. Youth do not need to have a CASA.
